International DeMolay Congress
The DeMolay Congress is the Senate-style body where two voting delegates represent each DeMolay Jurisdiction. The delegates meet once a year and elect an International Master Councilor and an International Congress Secretary, who lead and serve as the heads of the body for a time span of one year.

Russ was inducted into DeMolay on January 31, 1970 as a charter member of Stanley Garrity chapter in Tinley Park. In 1976-77 Russ served Illinois DeMolay as the State Master Councilor. It was there that he met Illinois State Sweetheart, Janet Pugh, who a few short years later became his wife.
After becoming a Senior DeMolay, he became an Advisor and served in several positions at both the chapter and jurisdictional level. In 1984 and again in 2007 Russ was honored with the Guild of the Leather Apron Advisor of the Year). Russ was also named Youth Leader of the Year by the Grand Lodge of Illinois in 2007 and was twice named the York Rite Youth Leader of the Year.
Russ took over as Executive OƯicer of Illinois in 2014 and served until the end of 2013. He has served on the DeMolay International Board of Directors from 2019 through 2023 and as the Chairman of the Education and Training Committee
from 2021 through 2024.
Russ is a Past Master of Jacques DeMolay Lodge No. 1919, and is a member of the York Rite, Scottish Rite, St. John's Conclave of the Red Cross of Constantine, and Medinah Shrine. Russ serves as Thrice Potentate Master of Van Rensselaer Lodge of Perfection in the Valley of Chicago and as the Executive Committee Chairman of the Valley of Chicago. He was awarded the
MSA in 2018 and the 33rd-degree in 2021.
Russ is married to his wife, Janet, a past State Sweetheart, and they have three children. Dan, a Senior DeMolay, Christy, a Past State Sweetheart, and Eric, a Past State Master Councilor and Active Member of the ISC. Russ & Janet have 11 grandchildren. Eight of them are DeMolay’s in waiting.

Brad J. Northcutt began his DeMolay journey on October 13, 1991 at the age of 13 in Oklahoma. As an Active DeMolay, he played a key role in establishing William E. Godfrey Chapter in El Reno, Oklahoma, which became his home chapter. He later served as Master Councilor of the chapter and earned the Past Master Councilor Meritorious Service Award in 1994. He would go on to be elected as State Master Councilor for Oklahoma DeMolay in 1997. With his leadership ability and building within the organization becoming evident, he was elected as International Congress Secretary for the 32nd DeMolay Congress in 1998. His DeMolay honors and awards include the Legion of Honor, Degree of Chevalier, Guild of the Leather Apron, Zerubbabel Key, DeMolay of the Year, Distinguished Service Award, Blue Honor Key, and the Representative DeMolay Award.
After completing his term as International Congress Secretary and becoming a Senior DeMolay, Brad began a 26-year professional career in the flooring industry in 1999. Starting in sales in Oklahoma, he relocated to Kansas in 2000, where he met his wife and best friend, Angela. They married in 2003.
While in Kansas, Brad remained active in DeMolay as an Advisor. He founded Excalibur Chapter in Wichita, Kansas and served as Chapter Advisor from 2001 to 2008. While in Kansas, he was made a Deputy Member of the International Supreme Council in 2006. In 2008, he would continue to blaze a trail in DeMolay, when he created the Great Plains DeMolay Leadership Conference. He would build Great Plains DLC to become the largest DeMolay Leadership Conference in the United States, which is still active in Oklahoma City today. He would serve as Executive Director of Great Plains DLC until 2015.
Brad, Braden and his wife, Angela, returned to Oklahoma in 2008. He founded Excalibur Chapter in Yukon and served as Chapter Advisor until 2014. Under his leadership, Excalibur Chapter quickly grew to become one of the largest chapters in the country, earning numerous Oklahoma Chapter of the Year awards and excelling in state and national ritual competitions. In 2012, Brad was elevated to an Active Member of the International Supreme Council.
Beyond his work with Excalibur Chapter, Brad was also active on the Oklahoma DeMolay jurisdictional staff, serving in various roles, including Director of Winterfest, State Dad, and Grand Commander of the Oklahoma Court of Chevaliers. In 2017, he became Executive Officer of Oklahoma DeMolay. Under his leadership, Oklahoma grew to become the largest DeMolay jurisdiction in the United States. Brad also served on the DeMolay International Board of Directors from 2023 to 2024 as Chairman of the Executive Officers Conference. His outstanding leadership has been recognized with multiple Grand Master Eagles, including EO of the Year and ISC Member of the Year.
Outside of his DeMolay activities, Brad is a member of both Yukon Lodge #90 and Guildhall Lodge #553. He is a Past Worshipful Master of Yukon Lodge, and served on the Oklahoma Grand Lodge Youth Committee for many years. He is also a member of the Guthrie Valley of Scottish Rite and the Oklahoma York Rite.
Brad currently resides in San Antonio with his wife Angela. He is the owner and proprietor of MJS Flooring, a multi-million dollar flooring business which has locations in San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and Oklahoma City. They have one son, Braden Zimmerman, who is a Past International Master Councilor and a Past State Master Councilor of Oklahoma DeMolay. In his spare time, Brad enjoys watching sports, especially baseball and football. He is a diehard New York Yankees and Oklahoma Sooners fan.

Gregory A. Chiles of Indiana was installed as Grand Treasurer of DeMolay International in Dallas, TX on June 19th, 2021.
Dad Chiles received the degrees of DeMolay in December 1972 in Beech Grove Chapter. He served as Master Councilor in 1976 while a Senior at Warren Central High School. His DeMolay Honors include Blue Honor Key, Representative DeMolay, Chevalier, Legion of Honor and Cross of Honor. He served Indiana DeMolay as State Master Councilor in 1978-1979. Dad Chiles was appointed as Executive Officer for Indiana in November, 2003 and was elected an Active Member of the Supreme Council at the 85th Anniversary in 2004. Dad Chiles retired as Executive Officer in June, 2018. Prior to assuming the role of Executive Officer, Dad Chiles served as Conclave Director for Indiana DeMolay for 10 years. He has served two consecutive terms on the Board of Directors of DeMolay International as the Region IV Representative and was Chairman of the Executive Officers Conference in 2009. He was elected Grand Master on June 23, 2012. Dad Chiles has served as Chairman of the Budget & Finance Committee since 2014. He was elected Grand Treasurer on June 29, 2019.
Dad Chiles is a Charter Member of Frank S. Land Lodge in Indianapolis where he served as Worshipful Master in 1988 and 1998. He is a member of the Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, where he served as Most Wise Master from 2006-2008. In August 2006 Dad Chiles received his 33rd Degree in Chicago. He is a member of the York Rite Bodies of Noblesville and a member of the Murat Shrine Indianapolis. He is a Past Patron of Cicero Chapter, OES.
A graduate from Butler University, Dad Chiles has a degree in Business Management and is an avid Bulldog Basketball fan. In 1990, Dad Chiles passed his CPA exam. He has been the Business Manager for St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church May, 2003.
Greg and his wife Dawn live in Carmel and have one grown daughter, Allison. When not at work or a DeMolay event, Dad Chiles enjoys jogging and officiating basketball and softball games. A licensed Indiana High School official, Dad Chiles works school games, as well as, travel ball.

Board of Directors
DeMolay International
The Board of Directors transacts all business of DeMolay International and is composed of 19 positions specifically defined in the By-laws. The Board of Directors shall meet during the last three months of the calendar year at a time and place selected by the Grand Master, though traditionally, the Board of Directors meets quarterly to provide executive leadership and guidance for the organization. All actions of the Board of Directors must be ratified by the International Supreme Council, the governing body of DeMolay International.
The following slate of officers and directors were unanimously elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the current term:

The Board of Directors consists of the following: one Class 1 member as a representative from each of the DeMolay regions; and the Grand Master, Grand Senior Councilor, Grand Junior Councilor, Grand Secretary, Grand Treasurer, a representative selected from the Executive Officers’ Conference, and two Class 6 members of DeMolay International. The Chairman of the Jurisprudence and Legislation Committee, the Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee and the General Counsel shall be members without a vote.
