At the DeMolay Worldwide Alumni & Friends Association we cultivate and maintain a global network of DeMolay alumni and supporters, fostering fraternity, camaraderie, and mutual support. This network is meant to uphold and propagate the values instilled through the DeMolay experience, inspire active engagement and continuous learning, and support DWA’s global initiatives.
 
We provide a framework for DeMolay alumni to continue their involvement with the organization. This includes opportunities to participate in events, network with other alumni, access resources, and contribute to DeMolay’s mission.

Our Mission

Our mission is to cultivate fraternity, camaraderie, and mutual support among DeMolay alumni and supporters worldwide, transcending cultural and geographical boundaries. Rooted in DeMolay’s values of love, reverence, courtesy, fidelity, and patriotism, we inspire members to engage actively, learn continuously, and contribute generously. By offering resources for personal and professional development, encouraging community service, and supporting the Order’s global initiatives, we aim to develop young men into responsible global citizens and leaders. Through our association, we enhance DeMolay’s impact worldwide, reinforcing its legacy of brotherhood and service while respecting existing alumni associations.

Our goal is to unite DeMolay alumni and friends globally in an enduring network that fosters understanding, tolerance, and mutual respect across cultures and borders. We envision a world where DeMolay alumni form lifelong friendships, broaden their perspectives, and contribute to building a more compassionate, connected global community.

Alumni History

Founded in 1929, the International DeMolay Alumni Association was established to maintain the enduring spirit of DeMolay beyond active membership, connecting senior members, celebrating achievements, and supporting future generations. Over nearly a century, local associations have reinforced this mission by backing active chapters and mentoring young leaders. In 1984, a reorganization refined its focus on engagement, legacy, and service. Now, evolving into the DeMolay Worldwide Alumni and Friends Association (DWA), the organization broadens its global network to include senior DeMolays, friends, and supporters, aiming to celebrate DeMolay's widespread impact, enhance mentorship, and provide diverse ways to stay involved. This new chapter seeks to build a vibrant, global fraternity rooted in connection, service, and brotherhood, ensuring DeMolay's continued legacy of leadership and youth development.
