A silver medallion suspended from a red grosgrain ribbon is 1.5″ wide and 32″ in length. The medallion is an antique silver cross with a 3-D DeMolay emblem enameled in red, white, and blue, and surrounded by a circular band upon which are equidistantly superimposed nine stars. The medallion is 1.65″ x 1.65″ square.
