The pin is a five armed or pentagonal white cross, superimposed on a background of bright yellow gold on which etched in green, are oak leaves and laurel on the left and right sides of the pin respectively. Upon the cross is a circle of gold with a likeness of DeMolay in relief. Around this likeness are five red rubies and five white pearls. Running diagonally through the yellow gold background are two swords, points downward. Surmounting the cross is a crown of bright yellow gold and red enameling. The pin is 9/16″ long by 1 1/16″ wide.
