The collar consists of thirty square links of gold, 3/4″ square connected with split rings. In the center of each link is a maltase cross of gold on a white enamel background. A small gold chain fits under the collar of the wearer’s suit so that the collar hangs properly. The jewel is a yellow gold sunburst upon which a maltase cross has been superimposed. The cross is red enamel outlined in gold. At the center of the cross is a 3/4″ circle of hammered gold upon which a DeMolay “A” pin has been placed. Around this 3/4″ circle is a band of lettering in gold upon the red background. The wording at the top is “International Supreme Council” and at the bottom is “Order of DeMolay.” In a semi-circle between the lower portions of the center arms of the cross is a band of lettering in gold on a white background. The lettering is “Honorary Member.”
