The jewel is suspended from an orange and white grosgrain ribbon 1 3/8′ wide. The jewel is a yellow gold cross with a rayed effect upon which a circlet of red enamel outlined in gold has been superimposed. At the center of the circlet is a DeMolay “A” pin. Lettered in gold at the top of the circlet are the words “Order of DeMolay.” Separating this wording are two plain crosses in gold. Lettered in gold on the bottom of the circlet are the words, “Cross of Honor.”
